Bill Carter has been in the IT industry for 22 years focusing on Unix/Linux and storage infrastructure technologies. He is a recent addition to IBM, coming from IT Infrastructure engineering and management roles in the financial, retail, and manufacturing sectors. Having also worked with large IT vendors in developing Cloud strategies and infrastructure management and automation frameworks, he is acutely aware of the challenges of day-to-day data center operations. Bill currently serves as a Senior IT Architect for IBM.
