Charlie Massoglia {MUH-SO'-LEE-UH} is Global Chief Information Officer for Dawn Food Products, Inc, one of the world’s largest independently owned bakery manufacturers and distributors headquartered in Jackson, Michigan with i5 data centers in the US, Mexico, Canada, and the UK.  Prior to that, for 27 years he was president of a midrange consulting firm servicing a variety of clients including IBM, US Department of Justice, and other commercial and governmental organizations.  He is the author of a number of books and articles on IBM midrange computers.  Charlie has been a frequent speaker on technical, management, and security topics for COMMON US, COMMON Europe, Interaction Australasia, Malaysia SHARE/GUIDE, and other user groups worldwide.  His cowboy hat has become the trademark for the AS/400 Technical Seminars he has conducted throughout the United States and Europe
