Jim started his career in 1980 working in positions of increasing responsibility including Vice President – Technology, at the United States Bowling Congress (USBC). Today, Jim is the Chief Technical Architect for Agile Technology Architects, LLC a consulting firm that assists companies in the implementation and maintenance of an Agile/SCRUM development environment. Additionally Agile provides implementation design and support for an Agile Infrastructure in order to support the applications Agile companies need to grow and thrive.

Recognized by IBM as a Subject Matter Expert in Power Systems, server design, administration, and operations, Jim is a member of the panel of SMEs that create many of the IBM certification tests for the System i. Jim also holds a Masters, Software Engineering from Carroll University in Waukesha Wisconsin.
