Richard was founder, President and CTO for RJS Software Systems a startup document management, workflow, electronic forms, report distribution and business process software provider acquired by HelpSystems in 2014. With over 28 years of development, integration and document management experience on all system platforms, Richard has a unique perspective on making systems talk to each other. He continues to spend his time working with and educating prospects and customers looking to implement paperless process and other automation technology. He is an expert in most document management technologies as well as software development platforms and languages including IBM i-AS/400, Windows, Linux, Java, .Net, HTML, RPG, CL and more.
